Adaptability and Flexibility

I have always taken pride in my ability to adapt to all situations. Last-minute changes and decisions are things I have always been able to handle. As I have encountered various cultures throughout my life, I have found myself able to adapt my work and behavior. In my work with facilities management, we often had a wide variety of people, with varying levels of organization. host events and I often had to do last-minute alterations to scheduling and room setups. 

Organization

I hold much value in organization and I have taken care to master my own organizational skills. In my personal life, I create daily and weekly to-do lists in order to maximize efficiency. In my academic and professional life, I organize events and assignments in calendars and spreadsheets so future dealings can be better prepared for and anticipated. Such organizations allows for a greater balance between my personal and professional lives.

Cross-Cultural Communications

In my academics as well as my personal life, I have gained knowledge on how to approach cross-cultural communications. I have taken coursework focused on international marketing, public relations, and various international studies that have prepared me to expect differences that can impact perspectives on communication. As for my personal life, I have been surrounded by many local cultures my whole life and in college, I have met numerous exchange students that have shared their cultures with me.

Analytical Thinking

In my personal and professional lives, I have utilized my analytical thinking skills. When it comes to project management I create timelines by assessing the critical components and players involved in order to create the most efficient strategy. Additionally, I can analyze resource division and task prioritization in order to optimize workflow. In problem-solving, I can identify the root causes of issues and implement solutions. I can help resolve complex problems by breaking them down and addressing each component individually.
